Bunker Hill Covered Bridge Clemmons North Carolina - Catawba County Museum Of History

One of only two original remaining covered bridges in North Carolina. The bridge was built in 1895 by Andy L. Ramsour. It's located on a former Native American trail off of Interstate I-40 and Hwy 70 near the small town of Clemmons North Carolina.

Also visit the Catawba County History Museum located nearby in downtown Newton North Carolina.

ENJOY SOME OF THE FINEST ITALIAN PIZZA IN THE STATE - just a few miles from the Bunker Hill Covered Bridge.
From the bridge continue West on Hwy 70 thru Clemmons NC - to the large Food Lion intersection. To the far left of the strip mall you'll find AMALFI'S PIZZA - a very casual and friendly staffed pizza eatery. An enjoyably taste bud adventure with hand tossed, thin crusted pizza as your guide. Stop by and say hello to Lando Vividomini, the owner.
